TZG’s Eric Orlando Advocates for Small Breweries at Brewers Association’s 2024 Hill Climb
TZG’s Eric Orlando recently attended the Brewers Association’s 2024 Hill Climb in Washington, D.C. Eric joined over 100 brewery representatives, guild leaders, and supplier partners to advocate for small and independent breweries. They discussed key industry issues with members of Congress, making sure the voices of small breweries are heard.
Eric currently serves as the Governmental Affairs Director and was the Guild’s first Executive Director upon its founding in 2018. The Guild represents over 150 pioneering independent craft breweries and brewpubs in the Garden State, working to promote sensible, innovative policies that increase purchase opportunities for consumers and enhance the visibility of New Jersey craft beer.
In 2023, Eric led the state craft brewing industry’s successful efforts to end state-imposed license restrictions, culminating in the signing of Public Law 2023, Chapter 290. His leadership in government affairs and strategic communications has earned him a spot on the annual ROI-NJ Influencers List in both 2023 and 2024.
